1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any course offered by Integrative Hypnotherapy Institute, a part of Mind Body Health Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in all courses, programs, and services provided through our website at www.ohhellohypnosis.com. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with registration.

2. Course Fees and Payment

All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course or as per the agreed payment plan.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, whether payments are made in full or through a payment plan. All sales are final.
You agree not to dispute any payments with your bank or credit card provider.
Payment plans are available but must be completed as agreed. Failure to meet payment plan obligations may result in the suspension of access to the course until outstanding payments are made.

3. Payment Plan Agreements

By enrolling in a course with a payment plan, you authorize Mind Body Health Ltd. to charge your credit card for all payments as outlined in your transaction agreement. All payments are non-refundable.

In case of default on payment, you accept liability for all recovery costs incurred by Mind Body Health Ltd. This may include collection fees, interest, and late payment charges. Defaulting on payment will result in the suspension of course access until the account is settled.

4. Course Access

Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the online learning platform for the duration of your course. Access to the platform may include digital content, downloadable resources, course materials, and other learning aids.

You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet access to participate in the course.
Course materials are for personal educational purposes only. You are not allowed to share, copy, or redistribute the materials in any form without prior written consent from Mind Body Health Ltd..

5. Certification and Completion

To receive a certificate of completion for any course, you must:

Attend all required sessions (online or in-person).
Complete all course assessments and assignments to the satisfaction of the instructors.
Fulfill all payment obligations.

Certificates and/or Diplomas will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, and your compliance with these terms.

6. Course Cancellations

Integrative Hypnotherapy Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or be allowed to transfer to another course, at no additional cost.

7. No Medical Advice or Guarantees

All information provided in our courses is for educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Participation in our courses does not qualify you to offer medical or psychological services unless you already hold the necessary qualifications.

Sharing your course login information or allowing unauthorized individuals to access course materials is prohibited.

All course materials, content, videos, and resources provided by Integrative Hypnotherapy Institute are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Mind Body Health Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any course materials for commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Mind Body Health Ltd. will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our courses, including but not limited to loss of profits, personal injury, or the use of any information or techniques learned in the course.

12. Changes to Terms

Mind Body Health Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the course following any changes will be considered acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the Terms and your participation in any course will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Auckland, New Zealand.
